nimbleworx AI Strategy Workbook (“the Service”) is provided by nimbleworx. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service for your organisation's internal AI strategy planning. You must not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. AI-generated content
The AI consultant within the Service generates content for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any output of the Service.
4. Data and privacy
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your data to train AI models. For details on how we collect, store, and process personal information, please contact us. Organisations requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may request one here.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nimbleworx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
